Here's 9 subtle signs it’s time to address your well-being

Just because you seem to be functioning doesn't mean there isn't something wrong under the surface.  Not all disorders show up in the vivid ways we envision or as portrayed in the media.  Living with even a mild affliction can still seriously impact your quality of life and, over time, potentially turn into something more serious if not addressed early on.


If you (or someone you know) is doing one of these things, your well-being needs some TLC:
